The Green Door Gallery is inviting artists to apply to take part in a group exhibition to be held in October 2023.  A selection will be made by a jury of individuals active in the field of visual art, including Green Door Gallery curator Helen O'Sullivan-Tyrrell.
 

The Green Door Gallery is now accepting submissions for PAPERWORK 2023

PAPERWORK is a group exhibition focussing on works on paper in any medium. There is no specific theme.
 

Eligibility:

• Open to all artists 16 years and older

• All 2D artwork will be considered (drawing, painting, printmaking, collage, textiles, photography, digital and mixed media.)

• Due to limitation of wall space, artworks may not exceed 60cm on the longest side

How to apply:

• Please submit jpeg images of up to 5 artworks to: info@greendoorbrussels.com with subject line - PAPERWORK 2023

• Submitted artwork images must be labeled as follows: Firstname Lastname, “Name of the artwork”, medium, dimensions (cm), year, price. jpeg must be between 1500 and 3000 pixels in the longest dimension and at 300 dpi

• Include a short bio/artist statement, link to your website/Instagram in the body of the email
   

Entry fee:

€10 application fee for first image, €10 per additional image - maximum of 3 images. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance.

Selected artworks will be displayed as part of a group exhibition and promoted by the gallery. Only original artworks are accepted, artworks can not be substituted once selected. The gallery does not take a commission fee on sold works and all sales will be referred back to the artist.

Selection and notification of shortlisted artists: June 20, 2023
Selection and notification of finalists: July 1, 2023
