The Green Door Gallery has the unique honour of being the smallest art gallery in Brussels. It is situated at 21 Rue Murillo close to Parc du Cinquantenaire.  It is a working art studio owned by Helen O'Sullivan-Tyrrell where she has worked for more than a decade, it was established as a gallery in 2019.

Helen O'Sullivan-Tyrrell has been painting professionally since 2008. A graduate of Beeldende Kunst Overijse (BKO) and a trained architect, she has been included in several international exhibitions and competitions, including the BP Portrait award at London's National Portrait Gallery, the Hennessy Portrait Prize, the Royal Ulster Academy annual exhibition as well as being represented by galleries in Ireland, the UK, and Belgium. Her work has been sold to collectors including the Office of Public Works (Ireland) for the National State Collection.

The Green Door Gallery specialises in small format 2D artworks in any medium. If you are a professional artist and you think your work would be a good addition to the Green Door Gallery, we would be interested in hearing from you. Please send an email with a link to your portfolio.

Helen hosts and curates regular art events throughout the year including exhibitions, artists' groups, and workshops. Team-building group events are also available for booking. Please contact the gallery for details.
